About Quality Techniques

Ann W. Phillips originally founded Quality Techniques in August 1991, with the purpose of helping small to mid-size organizations implement cost-effective quality management systems that result in a measurable improvement to the business. Since that time, Quality Techniques has changed in many ways.

Associates working with Quality Techniques now include those highly experienced in environmental and OH&S management as well as quality management. As the number of management system standards and regulations has grown, Quality Techniques is in a unique position to help its clients integrate these requirements into a common business management system that meets the full range of business needs. In addition to our proven expertise in quality management, Quality Techniques uses associates with extensive environmental and OH&S experience and certifications to assist clients in implementing those facets of the management system.

The clients served by Quality Techniques have also changed. In addition to the small to mid-size organizations originally served, we are proud to say that our client list now includes numerous Fortune 100 organizations and even the federal government. We are equally proud to boast that our client list still also includes a sole proprietor and a small janitorial company. Quality Techniques specializes in implementing practical, effective, highly customized management systems that will work for the specific organization, regardless of its size or type of business.

But what has not changed is the purpose that has driven Quality Techniques from the beginning. Our focus is on helping clients implement cost-effective management systems that result in tangible improvements to customer loyalty, employee safety and morale, and ultimately the bottom line of the organization.
